ING Direct leveraged the digital medium with contextualised creative for the OOH environment to engage consumers in a more targeted way. The ad reached consumers at different touch points in their day. They offered an immediate benefit of cash back on groceries outside the supermarket or on petrol at the pump. Campaign research proved the ad had significant cut-through with consumers to deliver strong message recall.
