VMO teams unite IRL for 'We are VMO' conference

Last week VMO hosted the 'We are VMO' conference on the Gold Coast, bringing together the VMO teams across Australia and New Zealand for 2 days full of inspirational sessions and fun team-building activities.

After a few years since the last inter-company conference, the team appreciated the amazing opportunity to be reunited together once again.

As the team can all agree, we’ve always valued our company culture as the most gratifying aspects of work, and it was great to see that distance and time apart seemed to take no avail on the level of connectivity we got to experience once we were back together in the same room.

VMO’s own current and emerging leaders kicked off the conference presenting some exciting news and inviting the team to share their experiences and desires for the future of the business.  

We also had the pleasure of being joined by some incredible speakers who presented thought-provoking and mindset-changing challenges and topics of conversation. A huge thank you to Dr Sean Richardson and Liam Loan-Lack for their inspiring words of wisdom.

And of course; it wasn’t a conference without some competition. Top Golf provided the means to get those competitive juices flowing, plus of course some obligatory banter adding to the fun vibe of the day.  

During our time at the conference, it was clear; the VMO team is dedicated to constantly growing, evolving, reflecting, learning and challenging ourselves.

The VMO conference was concluded by recognising some outstanding individuals in the business. We were very proud to have awarded nine members of our team for going above and beyond in their contributions to VMO.
